Comany Background
- Professional Computer Co.,Ltd. (PCC) was established in 1990 with an intial registered capital of million baht through a joint venture between Loxley Public Company Limited and IBM Thailand Company Limited. The Founding objective was to sale and distribute IBM producs and CONCURRENT.
- In 1996, the shareholder was changed to Loxley Business Information Company Limited (LOXBIT) and registered capital was raised to 100 million baht.
- In 2007, the registered capital was increased to 200 million baht (paid up)
