Key Responsibilities :
- ติดตามและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามแผนโครงการ (Project Plan) และระยะเวลา (Timeline)
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำรายงานสถานะโครงการเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานระหว่างผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง (Stakeholders) และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดทำและบริหารจัดการเอกสารโครงการ รวมถึงบันทึกรายงานการประชุม (Meeting Minutes)

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements and user needs and translate them into clear system requirements and functional specifications for software development.

Design and document system architecture, workflows, and data models to support application development and integration.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including Data Dictionary, DFD, ERD, UML diagrams, Program Flow, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, System & User Manuals, and Deployment Documentation.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

Monitor and support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that the development process follows defined requirements and system design.

Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements.

Identify potential risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in system processes and propose appropriate solutions.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure that system development complies with project scope, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

Design and develop UI/UX interfaces that effectively meet user requirements and provide a seamless user experience.

Optimize application performance to ensure fast, responsive, and efficient system usability.

Conduct testing and quality checks of front-end components before deployment or delivery.

Collaborate closely with the Back-End development team to ensure smooth system integration and functionality.

Follow established software development standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Ensure the security and protection of system and data within the application environment.

Continuously enhance professional skills by learning and adopting new technologies and development tools.

Prepare and report work progress and development status to supervisors or project leads.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for government sector clients to achieve assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and quota assignments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers by understanding their business requirements, strategic initiatives, and budget plans, and translate those needs into appropriate IT solutions and services.

Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements, including reviewing government master plans, project roadmaps, and procurement budgets, in order to identify potential opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Collaborate with technology vendors, suppliers, and internal technical teams to design and propose the most suitable IT infrastructure, systems, or digital solutions that address client requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Pre-sales, Technical Consultants, Project Management, and Procurement teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including RFP/RFQ responses, bidding documentation, and pricing proposals.

Participate in government bidding and procurement processes, ensuring that proposals are aligned with client requirements and comply with procurement regulations.

Analyze market competition, vendor capabilities, and company strengths to position the organization effectively in project opportunities.

Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to identify client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

Monitor project implementation and delivery according to contractual agreements by coordinating closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful project completion within scope, timeline, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
- Process and submit purchase orders for goods or services to vendors within 2 business days upon receiving complete and accurate documentation.
- Accurately record transactions in the company’s accounting system in compliance with accounting standards and tax laws within 3 business days upon receiving complete documentation.
- Prepare supporting documents for accounts payable entries, such as vendor setup documents, after the accounting entry is completed.
- Generate monthly reports on outstanding purchase orders within 1 week after the month-end.
- Receive invoices and prepare payment requests for approval within 1 week from the invoice receipt date.
- Reconcile accounts payable and other related accounts monthly within 5 business days after the month-end.
- Prepare monthly VAT purchase reports within 1 week after the month-end.
- Adhere to company regulations and work standards, including ISO9001.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
