Collaborate with technology vendors, suppliers, and internal technical teams to design and propose the most suitable IT infrastructure, systems, or digital solutions that address client requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Pre-sales, Technical Consultants, Project Management, and Procurement teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including RFP/RFQ responses, bidding documentation, and pricing proposals.

Participate in government bidding and procurement processes, ensuring that proposals are aligned with client requirements and comply with procurement regulations.

Analyze market competition, vendor capabilities, and company strengths to position the organization effectively in project opportunities.

Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to identify client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

Monitor project implementation and delivery according to contractual agreements by coordinating closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful project completion within scope, timeline, and contractual requirements.
